Magnolia: At the time of inspection this tree had a mostly dead canopy with approximately 25% live crown ratio, it is unlikely to recover health and should be removed. It should be noted that there are two (2) dead Olives within proximity, further investigation into the cause should be considered when selecting the location for the replacement trees.
