Description

Remove two (2) Sweet Pittosporum (T9 & T10) from the right side boundary and replace with two (2) medium-sized local native trees from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. At the time of inspection these trees were assessed to be in good health with fair structure and have grown tall and skinny to access sunlight. A structural engineer's letter has been provided, stating that the block wall within proximity to the trees cannot be repaired with the trees in-situ. Prune one (1) Liquidamber (T4 ) in the front yard on the left and prune one (1) Norfolk Island Hibiscus (T7) in the front yard on the right.
