WE have so many new apartments going up along Canterbury Road but no infrastructure. Where is the funding for schools, public transport and upgrade of the road? Until there is a plan for this ALL approvals for units in this location should be on hold until further notice.

    This cannot continue.

We need more schoos and upgrades to Canterbury and Bankstown Hospitals.
The State government allows developers free reign without consideration of the consequences to existing communities.

No more units on Canterbuty Rd
Also this property is r4 zoning not b5 and should be 4 levels not 6 as requested
We hope that council follows the required parameters for this development for the r4 zoning including the setbacks from the boundary on Canterbuty Rd
