I strongly object to this development as this area is already massively overdeveloped. I shouldn't need to describe the situation any further and once again, it is plainly obvious to anyone that visits the area. This development is especially concerning given the open submission to extend the Holdmark tower next to it still with the PAC, hence any assessment is going to be faulty.

Absolutely agree. Too many units in too small an area. Traffic problems are horrendous. Local residents can't even park outside of their homes anymore.

I object to this development. The area so already overdeveloped and more people will continue to ruin this. The roads cannot cope. With the increase in apartments the value of propertys and Meadowbank community is being badly affected socially. We should stop saying yes to these developers and help the community come back from all the construction impacts.

I object this proposed development as this area has been overdeveloped for a long time. Construction works is continuing without any proper supervision. Local parks are used as car parks for construction workers. Roads are damaged by heavy trucks. Pedestrians cannot walk as developers don't even bother to fix damage they caused on the roadside. This development will make Meadowbank more unlivable. Furthermore, the land size of proposed development is even less than 1000 m², how is that possible to building a 7 storey/27 apartments on that tiny land? It is time for Ryde council to stop approving this kind of development by ruining local community.

Ryde Council should just say "No". Enough is enough. The site is right on one of the busiest arterial roads in Sydney and the immediate adjacent areas are already fully covered in units which are 6 to 7 storeys high. A park, not another unsightly cookie cutter unit block is what the locale needs.

This area already have too many units. Ryde Road along this area is ALWAYS congested. This high density housing should not be approved. Open plan park with native bushes, graasses and trees should be there instead.
