I am against such large development

    My concerns are
    1) The number of units being placed on the block when it is compared to block next door with 3 units.
    2) Traffic increase to exiting Gladstone rd, when it is already difficult with a school in the street.
    3) Exiting Gladstone rd, which already has somewhat restricted views with car parks in front of Purdy's. Will the new units impact view to left & add to safety concerns?
    4) The area is becoming increasingly cluttered with units, impacting vibe and feel of suburb, and I am against such large scale projects.

My issues with this proposal include:
    1. The number of units, all double storey is excessive.
    2. The increased number of vehicles of owners and visitors will greatly impact neighbours as they enter and leave the property.
    3. One car allocation per property is untenable. How many properties in this area have only one car? Which means this development will fill Gladstone Road up with overflow vehicles. This will also reduce visibility, impact safety impact traffic flow through.
    4. There is already impact on the electricity supply in this area from the increase of properties. Will 9 more units lead to more blackouts?
    5. The reason we love Briar Hill and Montmorency and choose to live here is for the character, nature and space. Over development like this detract from the character and community feel of our home.
