as a home owner of this street , I totally object to this type of dwelling being built in our street as we are all single dwellings this type of dwelling (UNITS) ..... this will drastically degrade our street / area we don't want our street looking like bankstown !!! like a dirty dungeoun street !!! this type of dwelling is totally unsuitable for this street as it already is theres not enough parking on the street for cars so the impact of 29 appartments and all the excess garbage bins will drastically cause much frustration to the rest of the residents who have lived here for many many years !!! house structures are all that should be aloud in this street bankstown council will drastically degrade our beautiful suburb should any type of dweliing of this nature be approved by bankstown council degrading the suburb like greenacre and bankstown as long time residents these changes really make our district a discrace !!!
