1. If this property is to be developed as a childcare centre what is the council going I do about the following issues:
   - Parking arrangements.
   - Increased traffic on Templeton street.
   There is already an issue with Templeton St being used as a thoroughfare and cars speeding through the street.
   The increased traffic flow already causes an issue for acces to our house. Trying to back out if our driveway or turn into our house when the traffic flow is heavy.
   The parking lanes have done nothing to reduce the speed of which cars travel down the street.
