10 lincoln rd owner removed the boundry fence without my permission last year 2017, and she wants to put up a new fence this year 2018 without my consent again,
10 lincoln rd owner always requested me to cut the tree branches which is unnecessary. She did that in 2017 and i had to arrange treeman after.
I never wanted construction happen next to my property, and i never received notification earlier.
