I object to three residences on this block as it is not in keeping with the character of the street. It will increase the amount of traffic on the street, and impede on the surrounding residences.
Please do not become another Coogee or Rose Bay where the suburban streets are dominated by destruction of original houses and building of close proximity housing (townhouses and flats).

To whom it may concern ,
I live in Hambly street and we are constantly fighting parking issues between visitors residents and airport Parker’s.
Albert st is the same as is queen st and Morgan st.
If this development is allowed to go ahead it will put more parking pressure on the streets .

The over development of botany has to be seriously looked at the lack of infrastructure and the blatant greed of developers is rapidly destroying this once quiet little community.
I moved here 4 yrs ago from Bondi beach and have been appalled at the rapid over development of the suburb in this short time .
Do you live here ? Have ever had to sit in traffic for 20 mins to go 1 klm ? It can take over twenty minutes to get out or in to botany on any given business day .
And you want to add more cars people and tradesmen to the already over populated streets?
We are not alone in these issue throughout Sydney I’m sure but if we allow more unrealistic development it’s just going to get worse .....

It is ok to say no to developers.
