I oppose the reduction of standard car parking requirements for this development. Off-street car parking needs to be provided as there is not sufficient on street parking for 32 residences in this location. It is unrealistic to expect residents to not have vehicles and they need somewhere to park them. Auburn Grove and surrounding streets already have numerous cars parked on the street and another potential 20 to 60 cars will not fit on street.

The proposal for reduction in car parking should be disallowed. The approval of 32 residences is already an over-development of the site. A development of this scope will significantly compromise an already congested road. Providing less parking will encourage owners to park on side streets, creating additional road hazards for existing users. The current infrastructure cannot support this continued development frenzy.

I object to the reduction in car parking. Auburn Rd and Auburn Grove are already congested and there is insufficient on-street parking available to support 32 residencies on the spot where there was previously 1 residence. Where will these residents (and their visitors) park?

Post request for reduced parking seems to be attached and requested now ad hoc with every single application regardless of the suitability. Here is a case in point!
Auburn Road and Grove corner is in permanent gridlock. A nightmare stretch of road that cannot cope with current traffic and congestion. 32 residences will have cars and visitors who require parking. Common sense must prevail to all these requests including most importantly this one. This block is so unsuited to this location its laughable.

I object to the size of the development and reduction in car parking. The intersection of Auburn Rd and Auburn Grove is very congested already with a lack of street parking already. With an additional 30+ residences with vehicles there will be further problems with parking and congestion.

I object the reduction in on-site carparking provision of the proposed development. It's already very hard to find a car parking spot when we locals are shopping and having a cup of coffee at Auburn Village. The proposed development with 32 dwellings is definitely over-developed. For the sick of the local small businesses at Auburn Village, the proposed development should not be allowed to reduce the on-site carparking requirement and should not be allowed to use the on-street parking as residential permit for its residents and visitors.

I oppose against this development based on the following :

Reduction in on-site carparking provision of the proposed development is not acceptable

The proposed development with 32 dwellings is an over-development for the site.

The local amenities will be affected by this development.

In fact, extra car parkinga should be required as Auburn Village is already congested with traffic and very limited parking available.
