Why is 'Planning' letting Clifton Hill be destroyed by the greed of developers who care nothing for the area or community.

This is a heritage area that should not be carpet-bombed by low-quality (or even good quality) developments. These six houses will add nothing to affordable housing stock do not in anyway benefit Clifton Hill and add to the degradation of the whole area.

I wholeheartedly oppose this application, let the shops stay untouched and refuse this unnecessary and out of character profit-driven development.

    Best Regards,

    Robert

I oppose this plan. Like all of the inner north, its identity is being destroyed by development which is unsympathetic to the surrounding area. It is too big for the area and gives no consideration to the current residents. They are 'knock - up' buildings that look cheap and unsightly once the facade of new wears off. These developers don't live in the areas they destroy. I implore the council to work on behalf of the residents rather than than the developers.
