I don't believe this will cause any issues in the area. It's great to have a new major retailer in the area.

Absolutely not. Give residents a break! Who is going to need to run out and buy sporting goods at 3am? Seriously this is just ridiculous. I'm sick of Park Road being a thoroughfare as it is.

Not even the airport operates 24 hours. Any benefit to the store of these extended hours will be at the expense of the amenity of local residents. Traffic generated will affect people far beyond the immediate neighbourhood.
No doubt the company will have professional spruikers to speak in favour of the ammendment but it is the duty of council to look beyond the benefit to an individual business and consider the welfare of the wider community.
This proposal is not in the public interest.

No residential areas please. Ok for parkland or small businesses sites.

completely unnecessary for a clothing retailer to be given a 24/7 licence. Would respectfully suggest they walk before they run and apply when and if it becomes apparent there is a market at that time of the day.

I don't believe this will cause any issues for the local area. I'm all for growth and development and support new businesses coming to the area. I support the proposal.
