    Once again I will raise my concern about large developments in the area that have a "reduction in car parking requirements". As a long term resident I have seen the pressure on parking increase every year and unless you are one of the few with off-street parking it's a constant battle to find parking in the vicinity of my residence. All new builds should have off street parking as part of the development for each unit/house.
