1. I love the idea of basement parking and the contemporary design will help boost the area. Floorplan is very spacious and great idea for the landscape and are very appreciative that the owners chose a building design that does not loom over its neighbors and cast the street into permanent shade.

2. I think this development looks very smart. The area needs a more up market approach and I think this is it. The underground parking seems it would keep parking off the streets and give the place a clean look.

   It seems to be really nicely planned out and should help add value to the area.

   As a sale agent I welcome the idea of basement parking and the overall concept. Penrith is in desperate need of an uplift and this concept will make Penrith leaders in property development. Change is good and should not be a challenge. Let’s make Western Sydney shine again by having high-end standard designs such as this development.
   It's a clean sophisticated design that the area needs to have.

5. Beautiful idea - love the design and the thoughtful approach to this development - the landscape, bringing some nice new buildings in these townhouses and the convenience of basement parking is going to be perfect for really bringing up Cambridge Park.

6. Love the concept idea, time to change up the atmosphere in Cambridge Park...I've lived hear all my life. 36 years lol... I'd love to see positive changes...like roundabouts at major intersections, like Cam and Cambridge street....speed humps to deter maniac drivers, especially in the middle of the night and during the day. Foot paths on both sides of Cambridge Street would be nice and shelters at every bus stop would be convenient, should there be wet weather events and hot days.
