1. Generator #3 is very close to a multi-story dormitory, surrounded on almost three sides by it. There is no mention of the anticipated diesel smoke and noise levels in the sleeping areas.
   Perhaps shifting the generator away from windows and closer to the end of the building, so the fire stairs separate the two may reduce both smoke and noise?
