6 townhouses on this block? The block doesn't look that big. Lots of cars & congestion for poor neighbours.

It's a 2000sqm block Louise, that's hardly small so 6 on that doesn't seem unbelievable if you like at other developments around the area.

With all due respect Tony the size of the block isn't that big we have a single dwelling on 725sq three times the block doesn't equate to 6 dwellings!! The bigger issue is parking on the street and the site also - we have town houses near us three of them, there can be 8-9 cars between them and no parking! It is getting out of control!

I'm with Louise this condensed living is getting out of control! There needs ample parking for at least 2 cars per duelling on the actual block their dwelling is on and not blocking up the streets.
Considering the council wont allow us to build 2 dwellings on approx 1300sq I don't know how they can approve this!

If they did 5 dwellings and adequate spare parking for visitors or people that don't use their garages for cars then I think it would be ok.

Immigration? Get real Kara. Immigration built this country. It is greedy Aussie boomers who are subdividing it and flogging it off piece by piece. Your beef is with them. Not councils and not immigrants.

Knox City Council act now before this cannot be undone. You have created a trend on lakeview side of stud rd that seems to not be about usability of local streets.

Dear councilors and planning authority. You work here in Knox for Knox residents. Treat it like your own backyard not your local tip.....
