I am concerned this may set a precedent for the quieter areas of Eltham and Research. There are sections of the suburb that cannot support an increase in population as the roads would not cope and the significant native wildlife in the area would be impacted.
This area of Eltham should not be able to be subdivided or to have more than one dwelling built on the land.

I agree that Eltham has allowed too many applications to go through for monetary gain and a zealous over deveopment has occured seeing loss of habitat, busier roads loss of our peaceful suburbs

  3. Jodie Bareham commented

I agree with Lucy Rose and I have concern about overdevelopment of the area given Eltham's green wedge and exposure to bush fire. Congestion and access out is an issue.
