Too many high density apartments in area. Traffic cannot cope. Where are visitors meant to park when visiting residents in these apartments. Parking is already limited for Golf members, gym members and those choosing to eat at Waterstone or Restaurant.

Please stop ruining the essence of Sanctuary Lakes. No more high density development please

We're is the shopping village we were promised in 2007. No more compromises with vague promises that do not happen. The entrance has already been ruined with those hideous townhouses right on the waterfront.

We more facilities for the residents, bigger gym, perhaps a small shopping village. The road will be congested and it will take away from the appeal of the lake.

Please can you advise if this is a new or revised application and where the original application is at.

    Thanks.

The original design, plan and idea of Sanctuary Lakes is being completely disregarded, the Golf Club is becoming lost in the midst of all these townhouses instead of being the center piece it was designed to be. The units that are already there have impacted the appearance, the traffic has increased and the car park that services that Rec Club and Cafes is already at capacity impacting the current residents in a negative manner. I also believe that the infrastructure of Sanctuary Lakes is also already compromised with the load they currently carry and do not cater for additional multiple dwelling developments and this should also be taken into consideration.
