I hope they must have off street parking.people park on the bend and its very dangerous plus Its hard for the bus drivers

If approved, Council must impose the need to provide off-street parking not just for residents, but also for visitors to these dwellings. Both School Buses and Public Buses run along this section of road. When cars are parked, particularly on the bend, there is zero vision on what is coming around the bend. This situation will only be exacerbate if not addressed now.

Parking is already a problem in this narrow street. It is a very busy road that is constantly blocked by parked cars. Off street parking for residents and visitors should be a priority.

Building more double story townhouses in this already busy street will loose the beautiful old diamond Creek country feel. All the stunning trees and ambience. That corner is caos for traffic now. The house is not run down it's been not long been fully renovated.

Building 4 double story town houses on this block and demolishing the current beautiful well kept home with all the old established trees and old diamond creek country feel. Will be a disaster to Brooks crescent. It's enough already that town houses have been built already backing right onto each other. It's a dangerous corner already with cars and school bus. Apart from the health hazards of the dust and demolition mess in the area breathing in. Leave at least 1 street without anymore identical expensive townhouses. And leave this house and beautiful property to a family that is so happy living there with her children. I'm opposed to the planning.
