1. I wish to object to the waiver of parking. There is already no parking on a regular basis on the south side of High St. It is also not possible to access the car parks at the Ashburton Library. The staff there should park in the traders car parks on the north side allowing library and community centre users to use the rear car parks
   The loading and unloading requirements should be adhered to and not reduced at the rear
