585-649 Mamre Road - Construction and operation of a warehouse and logistics hub, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, comprising: • nine industrial allotments ranging in size between 2.06 and 7.9 hectares; • three warehouse buildings ranging in size between 19,170 m2 and 46,317 m2; • 375 car parking spaces; • bulk earthworks, infrastructure and services; and • intersection works between Mamre Road and an internal estate road. The proposal is to be constructed in a staged manner.

    I have no issue as long as the residents would be part of the development and employment.

    I am very concerned about the noise and the extra traffic that this development would create. running 24 hrs there is no quite time this would disrupt the ambience of the area and quality of our lives.
