1. I object to the proposal on the grounds that the material being used is not in keeping with the streetscape. I don't want it looking like the finish to the building as it is on Llewellyn st( a fibro look) side. Can't they make it in heritage design? The parking spaces provided in the last application have NEVER been finished! Extra accomodation will add to the already overloaded parking problems.

2. My objection to this new addition is the fact that once again the style of building is not being adhered to in this area. People have always come to live in the inner west because of the federation aspect and now that is being eroded with cheap looking renovations like this. The plan showing parking is just a myth. The parking spots have never been used for some reason and they all park on Juliett and Llewellyn St. This is just another form of high rise in-filling.
   The one thing I approve is that the vent for the kitchen is being taken higher as it should have been initially, and as you would know from previous complaints submitted.. Hopefully the kitchen smells won't be impacting on us any more with the outlet being higher up.
