I second the concern above. 96 units is excessive in an area with predominantly acreage homes. Bannockburn is not the suburb for this development. Eagleby already caters for this market and it is not necessary in this area.

Units are a poor fit for this suburb and will highly devalue property prices which have had some of the best growth in the country. Smaller property blocks are already available from the new land release off of Emerson Road and units will detract from the suburbs image resulting in the current high level of owner occupiers selling up and leaving Logan altogether. If this unit development goes ahead it could start a domino effect of small acerage turning into complexes to maximise investment potential in the area. There will also be added road congestion with another 100+ cars from the complex.
Logan already has major development of high density housing in Yarrabilba and Flagstone not to mention several unit blocks already in surrounding areas including Beenleigh and Eagleby.

I strongly agree with all of the above comments. We have enjoyed living in Windaroo for 15 years and do not want to see our suburb turned into high density living with the problems that can go with it.

I also agree with the above and the amount of problems that have started since the garage has open on the corner of Bannock burn and Beenleigh Re hoon,s and noise extra should speak for its self. This is a quiet family area suited for housing and acreage not units.
