I wish to complain about any further intrusion from this application. There is already a gym on the premises which has made it impossible for the residents to park here 7 days and nights a week, they have commissioned Graffiti on the outside wall which has encouraged Graffiti by unknown people all over the neighbourhood which was practically graffiti free, They already have tables, chairs, boxes etc., for people to sit outside and have had ever since they have been there and they have carpeted the public laneway that is was always used by residents and sometimes even their pets who now feel intimidated to walk past tables full of people. The Council has just approved yet another Restaurant at 428 Botany Road, which will clog up this beautiful area of Beaconsfield even more. It is just not fair to the residents of this once lovely area where you have to sit in your car for up to an hour waiting for someone to leave so you can get a park. I begged the Council not to let all these new Gyms in, but they took absolutely no notice, it was suggested that people would arrive by Train and Bus. This is not true, they don't. I have lived here happily for more than 30 years up until they let all these Gyms and Cafes in. I really don't think the Council cares about Beaconsfield at all
