WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION , WE DID LOSE SOME OF OUR VIEWS BUT WE THOUGHT IF IT COMPLIED WITH COUNCIL REGULATIONS, FAIR ENOUGH. WE CANNOT FIND THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION BUT THIS LOOKS TO US LIKE A BIG STRETCH OF THE EXISTING REGULATIONS AND IS A MAJOR CHANGE TO THE ORIGINAL PLANS. THE HEIGHT THE DEVELOPERS WANT TO BUILD FAR EXCEEDS COUNCIL REGULATIONS .
WE EXPECT THE COUNCIL WILL DO THE RIGHT THING BY THE EXISTING
RESIDENTS, IT DOES NOT MATTER WHO THE APPLICANT IS.
WE REQUEST THAT THIS AMENDMENT IS NOT APPROVED ON THE GROUNDS IT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH COUNCIL REGULATIONS. THERE WAS NOT ANY WRITTEN EXPLANATION OF THE CHANGES, OR PLAN TO COMPARE WITH.
THE RULES ARE THERE FOR EVERYONE WE EXPECT COUNCIL TO ENFORCE THEM.
