I strongly object to this proposal. Public spaces should not be available for advertising. This development would negatively impact on the amenity of the area and the mental hygiene of residents. Council should reject this proposal and maximise clear, advertising-free spaces for the community.

The purpose of a bus shelter is to give shelter to those waiting for the bus. It is a public service and should not be used to benefit any business. Too much of our streetscape is polluted with advertising. No need for any more.
I live just around the corner and do not need to see more advertisements every time I use Edgeware Road. There are already large advertising structures nearby. To quote Ogden Nash "I think that I shall never see a billboard lovely as a tree. Indeed unless the billboards fall, I'll never see the trees at all."
