Removal of Condition 26 in relation to line marking of car parking and access ways. Additional condition to be included ; Carpark space to be used for parking between 6am & 5 pm weekdays and for trading purposes between 5pm & 3 am week days. Carpark space to be allocated for both parking and trading purposes on weekend and public holidays. Amendment to current conditions: Use of the Land 28. The use may operate between the hours of 7am & 3am the following day, Sunday through to Thursday. Except with the prior written consent of the responsible authority, the consumption of Alcohol on the licensed premises permitted by this permit must operate only between the hours of 10am & 3am the following day, Sunday through to Thursday. Also between the hours of 10am & 5am the following day; Friday, Saturday and nominated public holidays. 30. Patron numbers permitted by this permit are as follows: C) between 7pm – 5 am (the following day) no more than 500 patrons.
