I do not think this application should be approved. I believe it is too big for the area. They have not provided enough parking for the amount of units to be built. It is hard enough to get parking anywhere near the Westfields as it is with the paid parking and this will only add to the congestion.

I also do not support the building of such a large development right next to a primary school. Never mind a primary school that caters for children with specials needs.

There is too much development going on in Miranda and this sort of development is too large for the area.

Some suburbs in the Sutherland Shire, such as Miranda and Kirrawee, are fast becoming the new "Rockdale" and "Hurstville" - in a word, ugly. Towering buildings blocking out sunshine and spewing out hundreds more cars onto our already congested streets. With that will come the inevitable social dysfunction and more crime. Please put a stop to the destruction of our way of life by greedy developers. Do any of the decision makers at Council actually live in or near any of these suburbs?

    Absolute greed and never
happy with the original passed application,,yet again another high rise sellout abomination
fed to the Shire under the guise of progress,,this is in part the result of a mayor that would integrate the Shire with St George with one council ,,,be prepared for 270 units on site,on appeal ,the fat cats developer pretending its great news for the locals,,,14 family traditional homes for 200+ boxes ,,modern living,,terrific,
let us see what happens with the local infrastructure again under load,,200+ units access via the tiny University Rd,,a joke,,,,,despite what
people say there will be 2 + cars per new unit approval regardless,,Thank you Shire Council for the boarding houses,
townhouses and streets full coming to the traditional area near you with
all day/weekend tradies noise on this site, hammering, sawing, excavators , trucks, dirt,
asbestos and dust all on top of the schools throughout months and months of all day all week construction. ,,, The Shire slowly ruined,,, let’s
see who’s really buying up the market,,,, time will tell,,,,,,,,
