    I live in the area and have received the council letter on the 8th January 2015.
    I am objecting to the planning permit on the grounds that this will set a president for future developments and the covenant can not and must not be changed.
    The three lot subdivision does not suit the area or landscape, a single narrow access side road is not adequate to cater for additional traffic.

    I object to the subdivision. It will encourage further developments in the areas & will cheapen the estate.
