    I wish to object to the waiver of car parking in the proposed development at 112 / 114 Fordham Avenue, Camberwell.

    At the rear of this premises is a unused, unclaimed laneway which can be made available for much needed carparking.

    There is already an over occupied with cars parked using the Cafe and children's park and public train station.

    by waivering car parking spaces places a strain on parking in the street endangering children crossing the road to the park as well as vehicles travelling along Fordham Avenue which causes conjestion.

    I agree with Meredith Masterman. The road is very congested as it is, since several people park their cars to use Hartwell station. There should not be any waiver of car parking requirements.
