1. The hope of more housing aside it will end up as holiday rentals as there's no law to force ethier way the flats currently house the poorest of the town and throwing the to the street to make place they can't afford seems wasteful and greedy the towns already reached its maximum population if we continue to expand up with thinking of what's its like to live it a town of towers
