I manage a family orientated business (Village Cinemas) across the road from this building and have concerns for an undesirable element of the crowd that may be attracted to the additional lounge and bar proposed. The concern is for an increase of antisocial behaviour and voilence in our area.

Additional concerns are also for the light entertainment area which may include live music, competing with the sound levels of films played in our street side cinemas (1&4) and atmosphere in our foyers.

The above concerns may ultimately affect patronage and security of our existing, stable business.
