    The only concern with the development is the impact of the traffic in Hedges Street.

    The below statement made on one of the reports is disputed.
    "On the northern side of Hedges Street, development consists of detached dwellings which have their primary frontage to High Street and a secondary frontage to Hedges Street."

    I think you'll find that the majority of residence access their property from Hedges Street and are already struggling to access these properties. Between delivery trucks and vehicles parking all day, at times you can't Hedges Street from Coode Street due to these issues.

    I note that the photo showing Hedges Street in one of the reports was quite old and taken prior to the construction of the Commercial development next to the proposed development in this application,

    A decision will need to be made in regard to this street either to make it one way or remove the street parking.
