This application has been made before. This block is already very small, and by subdividing we will have 2 blocks about 250sqm eash.....So we can assume that both 12 Burns St and the house behind that will be in Bruce Street will both have no onsite parking. More cars to clog up the already clogged streets. Lets hope the new council sees sense here, maybe, lets see
