1. Good afternoon, I have concerns about the pathway from Oceana Dr to this development as it will create privacy issues for the adjoining properties. It may be worth council considering that this space is suitably landscaped for local wildlife, maintain privacy for the neighbouring properties and to ensure this doesn’t become an eyesore. If not planted out I dare think that this could be a haven for graffiti, litter and a security nightmare for those living in the area. Can I suggest that this area be landscaped similar to the walkway from Travassa Crt to Tranmere Rd. Thank you
