1. I object to their application on the grounds that during the current trading hours they do not keep the space on Oxford Mall in a tidy and worksafe order. They place flower pots in an untidy manner which does not allow easy access for wheelchairs and prams to pass. They allow water, which they have used on plants, to drain on the paving for about 50 metres. The whole space is an eyesore and until they can keep it tidy, having a break on Sunday is a gift.
