1. We object the proposed works of utilizing the shared driveway between 3 Goldmine Court Advancetown and 30 Goldmine Court
   Advancetown for the proposed second dwelling at
   3 Goldmine Court Advancetown this will add more traffic to already what is in use. We also notice the application does not say Shared driveway only existing. The owners/applicants will need to obtain access from the street frontage to gain access to the proposed second dwelling which they have plenty of street to do so being a cul-de-sac.
