I'm unclear as to the purpose of the additional two dwellings (once the main residence has been built). Are these villas going to be for short or long term rental or private use? I believe it would be helpful to the community if these were available for long term rental.
What provision is there for water supply to both of the villas? I can see only a 2000L retention tank, that does not supply the villas. Will rainwater tanks of suitable size be installed and where, noting Sandford does not receive much annual rainfall.
I would be interested in the results of the natural values on the site, especially if there were any threatened or endangered species, and the proposed actions to address these.
