Previous approved application A00538440 included conditions for upstream stormwater drainage connections for future development of all adjoining upstream properties designed for ultimate development catchment connections to a lawful point of discharge. As adjoining properties in Alva Terrace are considering future home extensions/development it is concerning that the current application does not include these conditions or any stormwater plan and states in the notes section of Proposed Plans that builder takes no responsibility for retaining or drainage requirements caused by conditions from adjoining properties. This is the only point that a stormwater drain from Alva Terrace properties could naturally flow in to and therefore drainage connection must be included and approved for the new plan application. Not including these drainage requirements disadvantages adjoining properties.
