Connect rods and close Glen Court before any construction

  2. Steve taylor commented

More development of the estate in this area must not proceed until adequate access is completed. The temporary access via Glen Court is neither safe or adequate.
Please don’t allow the developer to ignore his or her responsibility to the current residence.

  3. Berenice (Beryl) Evans commented

The infrastructure should be the 1st priority for any FURTHER developement. 98 lots would encompass approximately a further 200 motor vehicles to this area and the condition of the surface of the 'temporary' Glen Court access CANNOT withstand this increase in traffic. Not forgetting there is also the additonal suppiier transport and builders trucks.
