    This DA has a lot of concerns attached that need to be considered. Whilst I like seeing the land being used to grow crops and support a private venture, I do not support a commercial development in the centre of the suburb for a number of reasons. The noise factor and infrastructure development of a pavillion and car park is a massive concern for immediate neighbours, rubbish removal, excess cars on very narrow roads, overflow parking, heritage aspect of not only the property but the suburb itself is a major concern…Otford is a unique sensitive environment …I have lived here 25yrs once things change due to commercial growth there is no going back…it’s a hamlet, a wildlife corridor…commercialism will slowly ruin the unique sensitive environment we all chose to live in.
