Yet another blatant over-development unsuited to the area. Not only is it out of character, but it will add significantly to traffic congestion and overcrowding, and is unfair to neighbours. "It is understood change can be difficult to accept." said the developer. How condescending. Reasonable change that benefits everyone isn't difficult to accept. It's when developers choose to completely ignore the concerns of existing residents and the impact their development will have on the area that acceptance becomes difficult.

How does CoGG accept no flood water freeboard for basement entry? Have they discussed this with CMAA? Also is there any allowance for climate change?
