Will all entry and exit be via Marlborough street? This already a busy road and i fear that adding more traffic from a medium density property is problematic.

When looking at the City of Charles Sturts Floodmapping this development will need to consider and future flooding and whether properties will be insurable if 2030 predictions come into effect..... https://maps.charlessturt.sa.gov.au/IntraMaps910/?configId=99AE20E2-419B-4950-B96D-4D47FEF45647

Weekday traffic along this busy connecting road Cudmore Tce and adjacent the motor service business will make access from these 5 tiny dwellings an accident designed to happen particularly around School opening and closing times. This is an inappropriate development.

Can this development. People do not want multiple dog boxes in their area. It increase noise traffic and causes street congestion. As already highlighted this is a busy intersection without the need for more. Poor move, dump the project and go back to the drawing board.

You have a recent application across the road for another 5 and now 5 on this block, where are all the cars going to park?
This is an extremely busy round about, especially at school drop off and pick up.
Both these applications are on corner blocks at the round about and is going to cause some serious accidents.
