This application should not be approved.

This application is not in keeping with the landscape and make up of this beautiful area.

Over development will lead to threatening of local wildlife and vegetation.

Once you approve one, you open the floodgates for subsequent applications to be approved.

The large blocks in this area should be retained to single house sites and the area should not be allowed to be over developed

This should not go ahead ! You are turning our beautiful area into a shit show .
I’m so sick of seeing multiple units and sub division, you are wrecking our landscape due to greed !!! Stop it !

Agree totally, opening the floodgates is what is happening here, developers use these approval as precedents. Such a two storey second dwelling would be totally out of character for the area.

It matters not we complain. We will be advised it will be looked into and then special amendments will be put in place in the permits to make it look like something is being done and it will be approved none the less.
Precedent will be set if it has not already.
It’s approved every time. I’ve never seen a denied. Just a modified permit which allows construction to happen but better drainage and fancy new plants.
It’s sad to watch and happens over and over.

I don't believe this is in keeping with the Foothills Policy and therefore should be denied. These "exception to the rules" decisions are very quickly ruining the very reason people choose to live here, you know it, we all know it.

This plan poses a threat to the environmental significance of this area.

Forest Road is rich with wildlife, especially native birds (Kookaburras, Cockatoos, Rosellas, Rainbow Lorikeets, King Parrots, Currawongs and more).

Approving developments such as this set the wrong precedent, allowing more pieces of land to be excavated and natural vegetation for local wildlife to be destroyed.

Inevitably, the decision to allow such developments will lead to the degradation of Victoria's most iconic, diverse and rich geographic areas. It must be strictly protected.

Please, be responsible and do not approve this plan.

More inappropriate development! This is not an area for double storeys and squishing houses onto blocks.
The proposal does not reflect the Foothills Policy, nor for on with neighbourhood character.
This has the potential to damage habitat for wildlife and set a precedent for other bad proposals to come.
