I wish to object to the proposed dual occupancy development at 60 Llewellyn St Oatley
    for the following reasons,
The excessive height which is over Councils height limit destroys the amenity of the adjoining residents and if approved sets a precedent for the area.
An application on my property in the same street for a dual occupancy had to reduce the building height before approval was given.
This is a sensitive waterfront area and controls were set by Council to ensure that there is no overdevelopment and damage to the enviorement.
