Changes to a development approval generally revolve around wanting short term accomodation. This address has just undergone extensive modifications and rumour has it they will join the short term rental market. We do not want any more short term rental to spoil the character of Noosa Waters as a great place to live without a floating population. Noise, overcrowding, traffic, parking on crossovers are some of the things that come with short term accomodation. If that’s what the change to their approval is for then I am against it.
