    Is this another new development? It would be good to see more details. What does a revision of parking mean? combined with deleting basement 3 -- sounds like more cars on the road.

    I urge Council to ensure these high-rise buildings have enough parking for tenants and a few parks for visitors. People own cars - we don't need them overflowing to the already crowded streets
