    Nooooo to a entertaining garden roof. Simply an elevated entertaining space where noise, lights and inconsiderate behaviours will be a common daily occurance 24 hours every day every day of the year.
    Park Pde is an over populated street & area with so many transient residents who party hard, with absolutely no thought or consideration for surrounding neighbours.
    Council must not allow this terrace access. The loss of privacy and the right to peace & quiet to all surrounding residents must be the most important reason for refusal of this walkable entertainment terrace!!!!.
    The application for a roof top terrace should not ever be permitted to be ever be walkable- now or any time in the future. Other DAs Within a few 100 metres have all been refused.... for very good reason!!
