    I am an owner and occupier of an Apartment in 1060 Dandenong Rd which is closely adjacent to this proposed project.

    My apartment is on the third floor and facing south. If this proposed new building to be built, it will block balcony view from all perspectives, and may significantly impact the sunlight accessible from inside of the apartment. This may have a long term impact on the dwellers’ health and well-being

    I thus, don’t think constructing another tall building next to 1060 Dandenong is reasonable. It may also violate the building code of Australian as insufficient distances may be left between 1060 and the proposed building.
