    I object to this DA on many grounds.
    Firstly, they are clearly going over the allowed FSR. Here we have another overly large development application with wildly inaccurate costings designed to rip off the council by pretending you can knock down the rear of a house and rebuild it all for $200k.
    The development will overlook neighbours, includes dormer windows designed to view into other backyards and ignores heritage concerns.
